Wedding Stationery

- All wedding invitation prices include the invitation, personalised insert, matching envelope and P&P.

- Wedding Stationery Samples will be sent out using white card. Once an order is placed and the deposit is paid, we will send another sample using the colour scheme of your wedding to make sure you are happy with it before starting the order. You can then discuss any changes/additions you may want.

- Once stationery order has been placed and received by Cards by Claire, an invoice will be sent confirming the order. This will also give a breakdown of the total money owed along with the due dates.

- Within 30 days of the invoice date, 50% of the order total will need to be sent to Cards by Claire either by cheque, bankers draft, postal order or Pay Pal. Details will be given on invoice. This will need to be received before any work is started on the stationery. A receipt will then be sent to you for this payment. Please note: This is a non-refundable deposit and will be kept by Cards by Claire should the order be cancelled by yourself. However, a full refund will be given if Cards by Claire cannot fullfil the order for any reason.

- The remaining 50% will be due within 30 days of you receiving the Wedding Stationery. This can also be paid using the above methods. Again, a receipt will be sent following payment.

- Tell us when you need the stationery by and we will work towards that date. Please let us know if you need an order rushed through and we will see what we can do.

- The Wedding Stationery will be sent using Royal Mail Recorded delivery and a receipt will be kept by myself. Postage and Packing is free although a small charge will be added if you would prefer me to use Special Delivery. Please note: I cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in the post.

Cards

- P&P for all greeting cards is a flat rate of 60p per order, no matter how many cards you order.

- Cards will be sent within 2 weeks of ordering. An e-mail will be sent once the cards have been dispatched. Please let us know if you need an order rushed through and we will see what we can do.

- All cards can be presonalised upon request, please send us an e-mail after ordering with the details.

- I accept Pay Pal, cheque, postal order and all major cards for payment.

- If you are not happy with anything you receive, please return the cards in their original state and I will issue a full refund.
